KOMPaaS.tech shows an increase in revenue by 22% in 2022
Fixed-line telecom operator, software product developer KOMPaaS.tech shows a 22% increase in revenues by 2022 and a 12% increase in B2B subscriber base.
Revenue growth by individual services ranges from 26% to 66%. For example, the company earned 26% more in euros from its core Cloud PBX platform product over the 12 months of 2022. At the same time, revenues from telephony services in euros increased by 29% over the year.
The integration and API method business segment showed the highest revenue growth of 66% for the year.
At the same time the B2B customer ARPU for the year was not significantly changed and remained at the same level as in the previous 12 months - 20-30 $/month.
Development of the telecom platform as a service (CPaaS)
New solutions for user authentication have been added: "Confirmation Call" and "Password Call". New PBX features are available: "Combination of PBX and PBX/IP-PBX", "Call Transcription", etc. Fully updated "Webhooks" section: added ability to create an unlimited number of webhooks for any events on the telecom's platform KOMPaaS.tech with the ability to specify variables for sending and re-sending webhooks when the receiving service is not available.
