Integration with MiniCRM expands the capabilities of KOMPaaS.tech CPaaS
Budapest, May 28, 2025 - Telecom operator and software developer KOMPaaS.tech has completed direct integration with the cloud-based MiniCRM system, providing over 800 B2B clients in Austria, Hungary, Germany, France, and Slovakia with new opportunities for digital transformation and increased business process efficiency.
Thanks to the integration of KOMPaaS.tech CPaaS and MiniCRM, users can now manage incoming requests, prioritize lead-related tasks, maintain a complete customer interaction history, and manage sales - all from a single interface.
Incoming and outgoing calls are handled via KOMPaS.tech's multifunctional Virtual PBX, which offers call recording and AI-powered analytics, helping companies improve customer service and boost sales conversion rates.
