Make is a cloud-based business process automation platform that helps organisations of all sizes and across all industries to visualise their systems, simplify processes, and implement AI in day-to-day operations without requiring programming skills.
The platform combines flexibility and scalability, allowing solutions to be tailored to the needs of any business.
More than 3,000 applications are available for integration, including CRM systems, messaging apps, email services, and telephony.

The integration of the KOMPaaS.tech Virtual PBX and Make enables:
- automatic creation of CRM tasks for incoming and outgoing calls
- sending SMS or email notifications to customers once a call has ended
- call recording and storage in the cloud using additional PBX features such as Call Recording and Disk Storage
The KOMPaaS.tech Virtual PBX also includes functionality for processing voice messages, distributing calls among staff, and generating call reports.

In your Make account, install the KOMPaaS application. - Connect the integration
In your Make account, create a scenario and link it to a KOMPaaS event.
