By using the KOMPaaS integration with Google Sheets, you agree to these Terms of Service. This integration facilitates the automated transmission of data from KOMPaaS to Google Sheets. These Terms govern your use of the integration and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

2. Integration Description

The integration allows users to send structured data from the KOMPaaS platform to a specified Google Sheets document upon predefined triggers. Users must authenticate via Google to establish the connection. The integration does not modify or delete user data within Google Sheets unless explicitly configured by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• They have the necessary permissions to access and modify the selected Google Sheets document.
• The integration is correctly configured to prevent unintended data overwrites or errors.
• Their use of the integration complies with Google’s terms and conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

KOMPaaS.tech GmbH is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended consequences resulting from the integration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the integration and disclaim any liability for issues arising from user misconfiguration or Google service disruptions.

5. Termination

Users may disable the integration at any time by revoking permissions via their Google account settings or within the KOMPaaS platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the integration is misused or violates applicable policies.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of the integration after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
